Returns + Exchanges

All product sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. No takesies backsies :) We will pack your orders as best as we can, however, if your item arrives broken, please reach out to us ASAP via these options below and we'll sort something out:

Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it, please reach out to us 24hours before the event, and we can organize transferring your spot to a future workshop, or convert the workshop fee into store credit.

 Be sure to send us photos of the broken item and packaging so we can potentially lodge a claim with the courier.

As all our pieces are handmade, there might be some slight imperfections. No piece will be exactly the same.
