Shipping
We've extended our shipping zones to NZ, Australia, US, and Canada! We're looking into shipping to more countries in the future. More details below:
Once we receive your order, we aim to have this packed and ready to ship within 2-5 days, unless otherwise discussed. Do note that Darkling Ceramics is a 1-goblin show, and there might occasionally be some delays, especially with big product drops. All packages are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once generated.
Domestic NZ Shipping:
- really small items like magnets have a $5 shipping rate. But in general, shipping costs a flat rate of $10 non-rural and $15 for rural. Make sure that you are selecting the correct rate for your address. If you live rural and have selected the non-rural rate, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost and your order will not be shipped until that is paid. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Estimated shipping times (after the courier has picked up your package): 1-3 business days, 2-5 business days for Rural. Please allow for delays resulting from weather events, etc.
International Shipping (Australia, US, Canada)
- our shipping partner has a limit of 2kg, so if you are getting an error that says something like "Can't ship to your address", it is likely that the items in your cart has exceeded that limit. If you still want to proceed, we might need to split the order into 2 packages, which would of course cost more. Please DM us at @darklingceramics on instagram or flick an email to hello@darklingceramics.com so we can sort out a shipping quote for you.
- Estimated shipping times (after the courier has picked up your package from our HQ): 5-15 business days.
I would love for you to have an amazing unboxing experience with pretty packaging, and all the bells and whistles, don't really want to generate much more extra waste. I endeavour to use as much recycled/reused materials as possible with wrapping your purchases, so the box, fill, and padding used for packing your order might have had a few previous lives. Don't worry, they're still packed really well. It would also be great if you can reuse these materials too!
